August Bank Holiday Saturday August 23rd—Monday August 25th, 2008

 

The second Petersfield Festivities, celebrating life in our market town, will build on the success of the first, and our recent Local Food Festival. The programme for this year is:

Saturday August 23rd, 18:00 - 22:00

Live Music - SixNationState, Atomic Badger, Martin Newnham & Andy Parkin, Street kitchen, Market stalls, and the Community Village featuring local organisations, clubs and societies.

Sunday August 24th, 10:00 - 17:00, and 18:00 -22:00

Local Petersfield - the best of Petersfield, modern & traditional craftsmen and artisans, Life in Petersfield award winners, Sport, Kidsrome children's farm, Hidden Petersfield, and the Community Village. Celebrate the London 2012 Olympic handover. Live Music - Rumour has it (above), Mosey & Vanilla Shake

Monday August 25th - 10:00 - 16:00

International Petersfield - Italian market, Mountain Bike jump displays, Music, Street Entertainment, the Community Village, discover the world on The Square in Petersfield.
